Built in 2008, the house was assessed at $1.046 million last year. It features 12 rooms, three of which are bedrooms, a covered terrace, a heated in-ground salt pool and a finished basement. It’s located in a cul-de-sac.

Price’s wife, Angela, posted a photo last year on her Instagram account of the family sitting in front of the house before their move to Kelowna, B.C.
Fleurette Lefebvre, the real-estate broker who handled the sale, didn’t respond to a voice mail message left by a Gazette reporter Friday.
Price’s total of 361 career wins is the highest in Canadiens history.
He had surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his knee in 2021 after leading the Habs to the Stanley Cup final, where they lost to the Tampa Bay Lightning. He played five games at the end of the 2021-22 season and hasn’t played since.
